COLOUR NANO CONCENTRATE is an eco-friendly organic-Inorganic hybrid novel pigment concentrate that can be mixed with Nano chemical-A. It is produced by unique technology to develop customized hybrid organic-inorganic coloured nano molecule functionalities are effectively tunable for requisite applications. This physicochemical characteristic properties makes COLOUR NANO CONCENTRATE a promising candidate for the use in coloured surface coating industries. It can be used as a surface coating nanomaterial in polished ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, PGVT, micro-crystalline stones, glass, artificial stone, granite and marble Industries. COLOUR NANO CONCENTRATE can be customized and prepared accoutring to the tile surface colour and design.

APPLICATIONS OF COLOUR NANO CONCENTRAE:

·       Hybrid nano material used for polished and hard surface, polished tiles, marbles, granite and stone.

·       Increase hardness, finesse, fulfils the micropores and generates glossiness.

·       Gloss rapidly, usually increase the gloss above 99 degree.

·       Protect surface from dirties, scratches, and sun light.

·       Inhibits the penetration of stain and scratching.

FEATURES:

COLOUR NANO CONCENTRATE is an Organic-Inorganic Hybrid composite of novel pigment. The active nanoparticles of COLOUR NANO CONCENTRATE mixed with Nano Chemical-A with appropriate ratio then it will react with the surface of the tiles by a physical and chemical bonding. The Inorganic part provides the filling of the surface micropores and the organic part furnish strong bonding and glossiness. It will generate sustainable nano protective layer on the surface which will increase surface hardness and glossiness. And our panoramic shades of novel pigments redefine the coloured surface of tile. 

USAGE/PROCESS GUIDANCE:

COLOUR NANO CONCENTRATE mixed Nano Chemical-A in stated  amount and stir it for 30 min. Now this prepared Nano Coating Material (NCM)  must be used together with a kind of machine having 10 to 16 sets of high speed turntable coating assembly. The nanoparticles of Nano Coating Material (NCM) penetrate into micropores and tiny cracks of the tile surface.

PROCESS: Firstly, begin with dropwise addition of Nano Coating Material (NCM) on the surface of polished tiles along with continuous polishing using turntable running with a high speed 1000~1100 rpm for gloss. Repeat similar process for 7 to 10 times until the tile gloss reaches above 90 degree.
