Mayani is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. 2009) in Organic Chemistry from ‘Central Salt and Marine Chemical Research Institute (CSMCRI)’, one among the premier institute under ‘Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR)’, Government of India, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. He is a competent professional with more than 20 years chemical field experience.Currently, he is Chief Managing Director (CMD) of Hansgold ChemDiscoveries Private Limited, Rajkot, Gujarat. He has worked as an Associate Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Marwadi University, Rajkot, India from year 2019-2020. Moreover, he has served as a Postdoctoral Associate at Hoseo University, Republic of Korea (2009~2011) and also worked as an Assistant Professor at Dongguk University, Republic of Korea (2011~2018). He has invented and mechanized the phenomenon of “Enantiomer Self-disproportionation” for non-fluorinated non-racemic chiral compounds. Along with several patents and two books, he has published more than 30 papers to referred international journals. Besides, he is reviewer of several reputed international journals. Currently, she is working as an Associate Professor at Department of Chemistry, Marwadi University, Rajkot, India from 2018. Moreover, she has served as a Postdoctoral Associate and Visiting Foreign Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Hoseo University, South Korea (2009~2011) and also worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Dongguk University, South Korea (2011~2018). Her research focuses is on the development of metal-silica based materials, carbon-transition metal-based functional materials, metal composite nano-reactors for adsorption and heterogeneous catalysis process, water purification by the use of inorganic materials.
