The active chemical will decrease the glossiness of the surface. USAGE/PROCESS GUIDANCE: MATTING EFFECT CHEMICAL must be used together with a kind of machine having 10 to 16 sets of high speed turntable coating assembly. The nanoparticles of MATTING EFFECT CHEMICAL penetrate into micropores and tiny cracks of the tile surface.PROCESS: Firstly, begin with dropwise addition of MATTING EFFECT CHEMICAL on the surface of polished tiles along with continuous polishing using turntable running with a high speed 1000~1100 rpm for gloss.
