It is useful for giving shinning surface. This nanolayer can protect from the strain penetration into the tile body. Additionally, RAINFALL liquid would not affect the tile surface colour and the glossy effect will be improved higher than 90 degree. It will chemically bind with tile surface and give hydrophobic surface which will allow water to penetrate in tile surface.RAINFALL is available as transparent clear solution while RAINFALL-C (Colour) is available with customized coloured solution as per tile/marble surface colour or client’s requirement.   APPLICATIONS OF  RAINFALL : ·        Both RAINFALL used for polished and hard surface polished tiles, marbles, granite and stone.·        Reduce surface penetration of strain and invasion of all pollutants·        Increase hydrophobicity and lotus effect.·        Clog the pores and microcracks of the tiles·        Gloss rapidly, usually increase the gloss above 99 degree.·        Protect surface from dirties, scratches, and sun light.·        Inhibits the penetration of scratching. FEATURES:   The nanomaterial of RAINFALL (Water Repellent Chemical)penetrate into the pores and reacts with the surface of the tiles by a physical and chemical attraction. It forms a uniform nanofilm on tile surface. The sustainable chemical will increase the glossiness up to 99 %.USAGE/PROCESS GUIDANCE: RAINFALL (Water Repellent Chemical)must be used together with a kind of machine having 2 to 4 sets of high-speed turntable coating assembly. The nanoparticles of RAINFALL (Water Repellent Chemical)penetrate into micropores and tiny cracks of the tile surface.PROCESS: Firstly, begin with dropwise addition of RAINFALL (Water Repellent Chemical) on the surface of Chemical-A treated polished tiles along with continuous polishing using turntable running with a high speed 100 rpm for gloss. Repeat similar process for 2 to 3 times until the tile gloss increase and give required glossiness on the surface. It will give anti-fouling and lotus effect on the tile surface.
